If you have not done it yet, please book a free initial consult with me. I will not provide services without an initial meeting to establish your needs and goals and whether or not they are in my range of competency.

If there are no slots that fit with your schedule, please use the Contact button at the top of the page to send me an email with the times you are available and I will do my best to make it work.

In-person services are booked for two or three hour slots. Zoom services are booked one hour at a time. Packages are available. I do not currently offer additional discounts for any special groups as my pricing is already low for the service area.

All invoices or requests for payment will come from my business name. If you look at the sender's email, it should be from messenger@messaging.squareup.com. If a request comes from anywhere else and claims to be from me, it is a scam. Please be on the lookout for these ever more creative scammers.

Referrals

Any referrals who complete at least one project with me earn both you and them 10% off their first project and your next project. (This discount will stack on top of any other package or monthly discount.)

Sales Items

If you are decluttering an item that you do not wish to sell yourself, I may make an offer applied as a billing credit to sell it for you. You do not have to accept the offer, and I will provide you with plenty of resources to sell things yourself. If I sell the item for less than your offer, you will not owe me the difference. Likewise, if I manage to sell it for more than your offer, I will not owe you the difference.

Packages are paid in full before services are rendered. Hourly services require a 20% deposit on the estimated project length before services are rendered. A written estimate will be provided before any commitment or payment is expected. Final hourly calculations will be provided and the remaining balance will be due after agreed-upon goals or project completion. The definition of project completion will be discussed and agreed upon before the estimate is created.

Payments may be made in the form of check, credit/debit through Square (3% fee applies), PayPal (3% fee applies), Venmo, or Zelle. I prefer not to take cash payments as I use an online bank and the nearest branch is over an hour away, but will make exceptions as necessary.

How do I know what size project I have?

Mini/Sub Projects:

These include areas smaller than a room. Examples include a closet, full-size pantry, or small shed.

Regular/Medium Projects:

These include a full room without any mini/sub projects. Examples include a kitchen (without full-size pantry), living room, single-car garage, or medium shed.
